Jordan Scott, 24, formally of Union Street, Desborough, pleaded guilty to causing actual bodily harm, wounding with intent and a third charge of wounding without intent.

He was handed an extended jail term of six years and nine months when he appeared for sentencing at Northampton Crown Court, which heard the victims were known to him.

Once released Scott will spend a further four years on extended licence.

Scott was also given an indefinite restraining order banning him from contacting any of the witnesses, and from entering Paddock Lane.

Extended jail sentences are handed down rarely and are intended to protect the public from violent behaviour.
