Warning Issued After Schoolgirls Followed in Market Harborough

School children have been put on alert after two girls were followed by a man in a van in Market Harborough on Monday afternoon.
The Year 8 pupils from Welland Park Academy were followed through town to the Victoria Avenue area off Leicester Road as they were walking home.
Police say he made no attempt to talk to them.
The man’s described as white, of tanned complexion with grey hair and was driving a white van.
Schools have spoken with pupils and urged parents to remind their children of the stranger danger warning.
