‘Strong Interest’ In Former Restaurant Site

There is strong interest in the site of the former Wildwood Restaurant in Market Harborough.

The landlord of the High Street premises has told HFM six separate parties have expressed interest in taking on the lease, with a view to opening a new eatery there.

The venue, which has been vacant since the restaurant closed suddenly in April, is up for rent for £65,000 per year.

Lindpet Investments Ltd say negotiations with the interested  parties are on-going.
