Desborough Woman Raises Awareness On World Kidney Day

It is World Kidney Day and a Desborough woman who has lived with kidney disease for 25 years is raising awareness.
Kathryn Croker had a life-changing transplant 11 years ago when her Dad – a living donor – donated one of his kidneys, after a rare condition caused hers to fail when she was a child.

It is estimated over seven million people in the UK are living with kidney disease and over a million are unaware.
