Man Appears In Court Accused Of Conservative Club Burglary

A Market Harborough man charged with burgling the town’s Conservative Club has been remanded in custody after appearing in court.

Neil Mann. 52, is accused of stealing cash and alcohol from the premises on Fairfield Road on January 22nd.

He did not enter a plea when he appeared at Derby Magistrates’ Court, but did admit a separate charge of stealing meat worth £100 from Co-Op on Coventry Road on January 27th.

Mann, of Welland Park Road, will next appear at Derby Crown Court next month.
