A Kibworth charity is praising King Charles for publicly announcing his cancer diagnosis.
His Majesty is stepping back from public-facing duties after being diagnosed with the disease following planned prostate surgery.

Andy Anderson and his wife Sally run the GEMS charity, which supports cancer patients receiving treatment at Leicester Royal Infirmary.
They say the King’s decision to be fully open about his condition will help raise awareness and encourage others to get potentially life-saving check-ups.
