Virgin Media Outage Affects Hundreds In Market Harborough & Desborough

Virgin Media has apologised after customers in Market Harborough and Desborough lost all their services.

‘Third party works’ has been blamed for the major outage, which affected internet, TV and phone services.

People lost connections yesterday afternoon, but the company says all have no been restored.

A Virgin Media spokesperson told HFM: “We apologise to the small number of customers in the Market Harborough area who may have experienced issues with their broadband services yesterday evening.

“This was caused by third-party works being carried out in the area. Services were fully restored early this morning.”
