Teenage Scooter Rider Injured In Crash In Market Harborough

A teenage boy has been injured in a crash in Market Harborough.
He was riding a scooter which was involved in collision with a car on Hammond Way, at the junction with Sherrard Road, just before 3.30pm.
Police and East Midlands Ambulance Service attended the scene.
A spokesperson for Leicestershire Police told HFM the boy suffered injuries ‘which are not believed to be life-threatening or life changing’.
Roads in the area were closed while emergency services worked at the scene.
