Harborough Friends Take On 137-Mile Trek During Mental Health Awareness Week

Two friends from Market Harborough are on the final leg of a 137-mile fundraising challenge along the banks of the Grand Union Canal.
Dan Stevens and Dan Sneath set off from London on Monday and are due to arrive at Watermead Country Park in Leicester later today.

They have been walking 28 miles a day, carrying 20kgs of kit and supplies each and sleeping alongside the canal each night.
The fundraiser has taken place during Mental Health Awareness Week, in aid of men’s mental health charity MANUP, a cause important to both of them.
