Lubenham New Homes Plan Withdrawn

A plan to build new homes in Lubenham has been withdrawn after villagers lodged objections.
The development of 15 four-bedroomed houses was earmarked for fields off Main Street.
20 villagers had lodged objections with Harborough District Council, including concerns over traffic and the site not being identified for development in the Lubenham Neighbourhood Plan.
It is not known if a revised application will to be submitted in future.
