Market Harborough For Warm Homes Campaign To Launch

A new campaign is to be launched in Market Harborough calling on the government to do more to help those struggling with rising energy costs.
Harborough Climate Action and other voluntary and community organisations are teaming up for the ‘Harborough for Warm Homes’ campaign, which is supporting action nationwide by Friends of the Earth.
The groups are calling for financial support to continue for those facing unaffordable bills, a programme to better insulate homes and a better plan to move away from fossil fuels to renewable energy.
The campaign will launch at an event at Market Harborough Methodist Church on Saturday.
