Delay To Re-Opening Of Play Area In Welland Park

The cold weather has delayed work at the children’s play area in Market Harborough’s Welland Park, meaning it will remain closed over the weekend.

The District Council had planned for it to re-open tomorrow following the week-long closure, but frozen ground conditions have led to timber replacement taking longer than expected.

The facility is now due to re-open on Monday.
