Works Steps Up On Railway Electrification Through Harborough Area

Network Rail is stepping up work on the electrification of the railway through the Market Harborough area.
The latest phase of work begins tonight and will continue until the end of the month.

It will include wires being installed between masts and cable installations, with much of the work taking place during the evening and overnight.
Network Rail has sent letters to homes and businesses located near the railway to warn them of possible noise disruption during the work.
