Appeal After Motorbike & Moped Stolen In Desborough

Police are appealing for information after a motorbike and moped were stolen in separate incidents in Desborough over the weekend.
A black Yamaha MT07 was taken from outside a house on Alexandra Road at around 10.15pm on Saturday and a black Direct Bike moped was stolen from outside Co-Op on the High Street at about 5pm yesterday.

The moped was found abandoned near-by shortly afterwards, although the motorbike is still missing.
Officers are keen to hear from anyone who saw it being pushed or ridden away from the Alexandra Road area, or who may have seen it since.
They also want information about the Moped theft.

There have been a number of motorbikes stolen in the town recently.
