Plan Aims To Give More Support To Young People Across Harborough

A new plan aims to give young people across Harborough more support and a better voice.

The Young Person’s Opportunities Plan has been approved by the District Council this week.

Over 600 people aged 15 to 34 helped shape the plan, by sharing their aspirations and experiences.

Priorities included in it are to encourage & support skills, training & employment opportunities within the district, increase awareness & availability of suitable & affordable housing and to ensure the council consults with young people on matters directly impacting their futures
