Driver Injured In Crash Between Rothwell & Desborough

The driver of a pick-up truck was taken hospital after a crash between Desborough and Rothwell this morning.

Emergency services were called to the B576 just after 7am, after the red Nissan pick-up was involved in collision with a van.

Police say the driver suffered ‘minor injuries’ and was taken to hospital by ambulance.

The collision led to lengthy delays for drivers, as the Desborough-bound carriageway was blocked and a complete closure was needed to recover the vehicles involved.
