Written by HFM News on 7th July 2022
Two buildings were badly damaged after a fire in Skeffington early this morning.
Five fire crews, including from Kibworth and Billesdon, were sent to deal with the incident on Rolleston Road just before 4am.
Initially it was feared someone was trapped in one of the buildings, but when firefighters arrived it was determined everyone was accounted for.
Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service say the buildings were used for cooking and storage and say the cause of the blaze was cooking-related.
