Go-Ahead For Football Club’s New Stand Plan

Harborough Town Football Club have been given the go-ahead to install a new 100-seat grandstand.
It will increase seating capacity at the Community Ground, which is one of the stipulations of playing at a higher level of the football pyramid, following the Bees’ promotion this season.
Members of Harborough District’s Council’s planning committee unanimously approved the plan at a meeting last night.
A new toilet block will also be installed as part of the improvements and an existing stand re-located in readiness for the start of the new season in August.
