Amnesty During Action To Tackle Knife-Crime

A knife amnesty is being held this week as Harborough Police support a national campaign aimed at reducing knife-crime.
People can surrender knives into a special container at Market Harborough Police Station, with no questions asked.

Officers are supporting the week-long Operation Sceptre with other activities and last night ‘knife sweeps’ took place at parks in Broughton Astley.
Police Cadets assisted officers in searching for any discarded knives, although none were found.
