Project Tackling Loneliness To Continue After £300k Lotto Grant

A Market Harborough charity can continue running a project which tackles loneliness amongst older people.
VASL has secured funding totalling £300,000 over three years from the National Lottery’s Community Fund, for its innovative Community Champions project.

Around 70 volunteers support over 100 people across the District through home visits, telephone calls and regular outings.
