Late-Night Dog Walker Failing To Clean-Up After His Pet

Residents say a late-night dog walker is constantly failing to clean-up after his pet in an area of Market Harborough.

Signs have been put up along Charles Street and Gardiner Street urging anyone who knows the man to report him to Harborough District Council’s Enviro-Crime team.

They state he nearly always wears shorts and walks a lurcher/whippet type dog between 10pm and 2.30am, never picking up mess the animal leaves on pavements.
