Search Launched After Dog Dumped Out Of Van

A search has been launched for a dog that was seen being dumped out of a van in a Harborough village yesterday afternoon.

It is thought the animal may have been stolen after it was abandoned on Leire Lane in Ashby Parva, near Lutterworth, at around 2pm.

Volunteers from animal welfare group Beauty’s Legacy are trying to find the dog, believed to be a very thin collie cross or black spaniel, described as ‘very frightened’.
