Queues Continue Outside Petrol Stations
Written by HFM News on 27th September 2021
Supplies of fuel ran out at some petrol stations in and around Market Harborough over the weekend.
The heightened demand for petrol and diesel persisted with queues outside many forecourts, despite a warning by the Government not to panic buy as a result of a lorry driver shortage.
Some local petrol stations have now been re-supplied, although there has continued to be shortage of diesel into today, with drivers struggling to find forecourts with supplies.
Queues have also continued outside filling stations across the Hfm region today, with some setting a limit on how much fuel people can have.
