Junior Parkrun To Return To Welland Park

Market Harborough’s Junior Parkrun returns this weekend – but things aren’t quite back to normal just yet.
Whilst Parkrun UK has announced that its adult events won’t restart until June 26th, kids in Harborough can run, walk or skip around Welland Park again from this Sunday.
However, for now, the weekly Junior Parkrun will be for 4 to 10 year-olds only – to avoid overcrowding whilst COVID-19 measures remain in place.
Organisers are also hoping more volunteers will come forward to help them make the event run smoothly and join in the fun.
The 2km Market Harborough Junior Parkrun is free to enter – though you need to register before your first visit – and it starts each Sunday at 9am.
