Teenager In Court After Spotted By Off-Duty Police Officer

A teenager has appeared in court charged with conspiracy to commit burglary after being arrested in Market Harborough.
Chay Bowskill did not enter a plea at Leicester Magistrates and has been released on conditional bail, ahead of appearance at Leicester Crown Court next month.
The 19 year old of Empingham Drive, Syston, was arrested on Kettering Road on Monday evening, after being spotted by an off-duty Police officer.
