Go-Ahead Given For New Pub
Written by HFM News on 18th December 2019
The go-ahead has been given for a new pub to be built in Market Harborough, to replace one that was devastated by a major fire.

The site of the new pub
Planning permission has today been granted for it to go up off Rockingham Road, on the same site where The Roebuck stood, before it was demolished following the blaze in September.

How the new pub will look
Brewery Marston’s is to spend between £2.5m and £3m on the new pub, which will be similar in design and have the same name, with building work set to start early in the New Year.
It is hoped it will be open for business by September 2020, re-creating 45 jobs.
