Date Announced For Car Park Opening

The new car park at Market Harborough Railway Station will finally open on December 15^th.

Network Rail has announced the date following criticism that work on the 200-space extension has appeared finished for the last few weeks, although drivers cannot yet use it.

A spokesman told Hfm final work on the car park still needs to be completed.

The current car park regularly becomes full by 9am on weekdays –  once open it will take the number of spaces at the station from 300 to 500.
