Voting Underway For Euro Elections

Polling stations have opened across the Hfm region for the European Elections.

Residents are casting their votes to elect five East Midlands MEPs.

Although the number of votes cast locally will be verified tonight, counting will not take place until Sunday, when polling closes in all other EU countries.

The local polls will be collated along with all other parts of the region in Kettering, before the overall result is announced.
