A Market Harborough recruitment agency owner has been named the winner of a competition celebrating commercial talent and innovation.
Caroline Hunt, owner of Emerald Starfish beat six other finalists to the Pioneer 10 Award, backed by Harborough Council.

Caroline set the business up eight years ago in Kibworth, before moving to the Harborough Innovation Centre and more than doubling the company’s turnover.
As part of winning the prize, her company will be able to use the centre rent-free for a year.
