Summer Fayre 2021

The Market Harborough Summer Fayre took place over the weekend of July 31st and August 1st. Organisers Juliette and John Maher put the event together after being forced to cancel last years event due to the pandemic.
There was lots to see and do including Craft stalls of all varieties, Fun Fair rides, Wrestling displays, Punch & Judy and Dog Show. There was a live music stage with performances from AnneMarie Marlow, Ann Duggan & Rob Hines, Tony Julian and The Hashtags. There was also a Teddy Bears Picnic for the younger children – and of course a Dinosaur was seen causing havoc throughout !!!
The organisers had previously appealed for nominations for “Lockdown Hero’s”. The awards were made on the day to AnneMarie Marlow, Heidi Waterfield, Myles Garfield-Thomas and the team at Paws 4 Walking, and Chris Jones and the team at Harborough FM.
