Market Harborough Summer Fayre
The towns second annual Summer Fayre took place on Sunday August 14th. The event took place at the Rugby club and boasted lots of attractions and entertainment. There was live music on the main stage from many acts. There was also a Teddy Bears Picnic with a competition to find the best dressed teddy.
Over 50 dogs and their proud owners took part in a special dog show too. There were numerous categories including things like "best biscuit catcher" and "waggiest tail".
The weather remained dry and warm all day and crowds flocked to enjoy the fayre. All eyes headed to the sky as a Spitfire performed a special fly past.
Proceeds from the event are to support Rainbows hospice for children and young people - and Hfm's ongoing fundraising drive.
